1. These Terms and Conditions is provided by AURORAS MOBILITY PRIVATE LIMITED.

2. These Terms and Conditions is between AURORAS MOBILITY PRIVATE LIMITED and Two wheeler purchaser.

3. Every Booking/Purchaser is bound to obey the terms and conditions at the company as may be framed tram time to time.

4. Before Booking/Purchase a Two Wheeler you should read these terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree with them, do not Booking/Purchase any Two Wheler from our association.

5. Members are not allowed to use more than one Booking in any occasion against one PAN card.

6. Booking amount non-refundable only adjustable with total price or down payment, Single booking amount adjust with single purchase.

7. All the Booking/Purchaser will receive a valid Seles Executive ID number and Password through SMS.

8. Every Seles Executive will get Welcome Latter and IDENTITY CARD soft copy

9. After getting ID number and Password you must be logon AURORAS MOBILITY PRIVATE LIMITED website or open the apps through your ID password and must be change your password and fill-up your KYC with upload all required original documents image very carefully

10. Any legal required changing (spelling mistake, mobile number change, bank details change) is always chargeable

11. Any reason may be delay to disbursement company any payment

12. In case of any loss or damage for your two wheeler/car, the AURORAS MOBILITY PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable to bare any compensation to the purchaser. Company only will try to communicate to all service provider for your batter service.

13. Incentive/Bonus will be paid after deduction of TDS & Service charge.

14. Necessary TDS certificate (form 16 A) will be issued yearly.

15. In case death of the Seles Executive, the concerned nominee or any legal heir of the deceased person may continue marketing activities of the Company in the same position held by the deceased representative however, a fresh application will have to submitted by the desirous candidate in such case to Company indicated the details to the applicant. The new applicant shall enjoy all benefits applicable to deceased representatives.

16. While acting as a marketing associate of the Company no person shall be allowed to carry out of the same or similar type of activities in any other Company and Organisation or identical or similar nature.

17. The Seles Executive may terminate with-out any notice at any time any reason.

18. The company also right to modify/alter all the trams and conditions without assessing.

19. All disputes subject to Kolkata Court of Law
